Job Summary
Community Manager II at Havenpark Communities leads a team, champions resident satisfaction, drives occupancy and sales results, and ensures the community operates with high standards financially, physically, and culturally. You will build and sustain a high-performing team aligned with Havenpark’s values, execute standard operating procedures, and oversee compliance with federal and state regulations including Fair Housing Standards. Key responsibilities include resident relations and retention, maintaining accurate ledgers and timely billing, overseeing occupancy and on-site sales, managing expenses and vendor relationships to protect NOI, executing legal notices in compliance with state law, maintaining safety and curb appeal, and contributing to capital planning. Bring 3+ years in multi-family property management, strong organizational and communication skills, a attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management; manufactured housing experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with residents, team members, and leadership alike
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physical ability to walk the community regularly and occasionally lift materials and supplies
