Job Summary
As a Community Manager II, you’ll lead a team and champion resident satisfaction at Havenpark Communities’ manufactured home community in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll drive occupancy and home sales, ensure operational excellence, manage resident relations and billing, and adhere to regulatory standards including Fair Housing. You’ll oversee financial performance (NOI), capital planning, vendor management, and safety standards while coaching a high-performing team and maintaining a positive, resident-focused culture. Requires 3+ years of multi-family property management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check; a high school diploma or GED is required (associates preferred). The role is full-time and in-person at the community in Las Vegas.
