Job Summary
Lead an autonomous property operations unit to achieve budgeted financial and occupancy goals. Build a vibrant, safe resident community; collaborate with marketing to shape local leasing strategies; manage relationships with stakeholders; monitor financials, budgets, P&L, and reporting; drive resident satisfaction through timely responses and service enhancements; ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing regulations; oversee maintenance and capital projects; conduct regular property inspections and ensure high standards of property appearance and safety. Strong leadership to recruit and develop team members; proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software; knowledge of UK health and safety policies (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred).
