Job Summary
Community Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of a 350-unit garden-style property, including leading the property team, budgeting, rent optimization, lease enforcement, inspections, marketing and leasing strategies, resident satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA). The role supervises staff, coordinates with owners/clients, analyzes financial statements, approves vendor payments, and oversees property maintenance to meet safety and appearance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team leader
- Licenses and/or certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions (Specialized skills)
- Valid driver’s license to drive golf cart on property
