Job Summary
Manage resident relations and resolve service issues while overseeing capital improvements, property maintenance, and budgeting for two Manufactured Home communities. Develop marketing strategies, lease and sell new and pre-owned homes, and coordinate the lease purchase program including repairs, closings, and follow-up. Monitor operating budgets, prepare P&L reports, and manage rent collection and delinquent debts to ensure profitability. Maintain properties to their best condition and meet home sales and leasing budgets. Requires 3-5 years of property management experience, flexibility for weekends, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in computer skills and software, including Microsoft Office
- 3 - 5 years of experience property management
- Must have flexibility to work weekends when required
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills
