Job Summary
Manage operational aspects and resident relations for two Manufactured Home communities, handling capital improvements, property maintenance, and leasing activities. Resolve resident service issues, develop marketing strategies, and market model, pre-owned, and brokered homes to meet sales and leasing budgets. Oversee rent collection, manage monthly operating budgets, and coordinate lease purchase programs including repairs, refurbishments, and closings. Work weekends as required to ensure satisfied long-term residents and drive word-of-mouth referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in computer skills and software, including Microsoft Office
- 3 - 5 years of experience property management
- Must have flexibility to work weekends when required
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills
