Job Summary
Community Manager Freelancer for a São Paulo agency. Responsible for executing the social channels editorial calendar, managing influencers and UGC operations, guiding influencer campaigns, supporting creatives with content briefs, analyzing engagement and performance metrics, tracking event coverage and trends on TikTok/Instagram, and assisting supervisors with internal reporting and presentations. Requires 3+ years in social media, influencer/UGC experience, strong writing, familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Creator Marketplace, analytical skills, and active CNPJ. Hybrid work mode with in-person presence at the São Paulo agency three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in social media
- Experience with influencer management and/or UGC
- Strong writing and native social language
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and scheduling tools
- Analytical capability for reading metrics and social reports
- Active CNPJ and availability to start immediately for a freelance project up to 2 months
