Job Summary
Manage and coordinate team members' daily activities and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals for a multi-family property. Ensure operations comply with company policies, laws, and regulations while conducting property tours, meeting clients, and resolving customer complaints. Lead hiring, orientation, and training; execute leasing strategies to meet revenue targets; and oversee lease enforcement, evictions, and collections. Analyze market trends, perform budget modeling and forecasting, and manage vendor relationships to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. Report mechanical malfunctions and injuries, ensuring the maintenance team adheres to service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 - 3 Years Supervisor Experience
- Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members
- 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management Experience
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat
Desired Qualifications
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels
