Job Summary
Community Manager II at Sobrato Family Apartments in Gilroy, CA oversees the day-to-day operation of the property, staff supervision, maintenance and janitorial management, marketing and leasing to maintain full occupancy, regulatory compliance (including Fair Housing and resident selection policies), and financial reporting.
