Job Summary
Passionately live the Same Day Response Policy while engaging board members and homeowners across your portfolio of associations. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, plan and facilitate association board meetings, and oversee vendor relations including bidding and project management. Consult with other departments, handle risk management and litigation support, and prepare budgets to manage association finances. Be available for after-hour emergencies and complete additional tasks as necessary. This role serves as the face of Spectrum Association Management, acting as a liaison between boards, residents, and vendors with ultimate ownership of all projects.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately ten (8+) years of solid work experience
- Ability to attend or run evening meetings (usually 30-40 per year)
- High-level organizational skills in fast fast-paced environment
- Experience and knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to catch on to other business computer systems
- Strong customer-friendly and informative communication skills
- Some experience and knowledge of financial statements and budgets
- Comfortable with public speaking in small and large meetings
- Great conflict management skills in sometimes stressful situations
- Experience with gathering bids for large projects and management of those projects
- Must be available for after-hour emergencies
- Ability to attend or run evening meetings (usually 30-40 per year)
- Hybrid Empowerment Plan - For the first year, you will be required to work out of our local League City office
