Job Summary
Community Manager role serving HOA communities: act as liaison between HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors; manage a portfolio of associations with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks; plan and facilitate board and annual meetings; oversee vendor bidding and project management; support risk management, insurance, and litigation; manage association budgets and finances; respond to after-hour emergencies; engage with board members and homeowners; collaborate with other departments; apply strong organizational, customer-service, and communication skills to maintain healthy community operations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of solid work experience in relevant roles
- ability to attend or run evening meetings (30-40 per year)
- experience with budgets, financial statements, and vendor management
- strong communication and conflict management skills
