Job Summary
Lead daily operations and drive an engaging resident experience at Flora RiNo & Lumina Apts in Denver. Manage leasing processes, budgets, rent collections, resident communications, and compliance while coaching a team, coordinating maintenance, and promoting safety and community engagement. Reporting to the Asset Director, you will ensure curb appeal and effective client communications, with a focus on resident satisfaction and operational excellence. Requires 2+ years of multi-family leasing management, strong financial/administrative skills, excellent communication, MS Office and property management software proficiency; a Bachelor's degree is preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; bilingual skills a plus.
