Job Summary
Community Manager at Fatshark to act as the public face of our games, driving player conversations on social channels, forums, and Discord; develop and execute the community strategy, plan communications, and solicit/curate feedback with production; manage community KPIs and collaborate with marketing/production to deliver assets like screenshots and videos; support social media plans and engagement; build relationships with ambassadors and influencers; requires 3+ years in community management, knowledge of sentiment tools, social media know-how, content creators experience, asset creation and basic video editing, and excellent English communication in a fast-paced marketing team close to production.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in community management or similar experience
- Good knowledge of community sentiment tools
- A good understanding of social media and influencers/content creators
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep knowledge of the community and a passion for gaming
- Experience with asset creation for social media posts
- Experience with basic video editing
