Job Summary
Community Manager for Farm Haus Luxury Rental Homes oversees day-to-day property operations, leads the on-site team, coordinates budgeting and financial reporting, enforces lease terms and compliance, drives occupancy and revenue through marketing and tenant retention, addresses resident questions and service requests, ensures maintenance standards, and directs staff recruitment, training, and performance. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, approving vendor invoices, managing rent collection, conducting property inspections, and collaborating with owners to communicate property performance. Requires strong communication, leadership, and customer-service skills, with experience in property management and knowledge of applicable housing laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management and related duties
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and work with a team
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Entrata, Yardi, OneSite)
- Valid driver’s license for on-site operations
