Job Summary
Community Manager for Estates at Bee Cave oversees day-to-day property operations, leads the on-site team, and drives financial and leasing performance. Responsibilities include budgeting input and financial reporting, setting rent and ensuring timely collection, approving vendor invoices, enforcing leases and renewal processes, conducting property inspections, implementing marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets, addressing resident questions and service requests promptly, supervising staff, and coordinating with owners and clients. Requires strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills, with expertise in property management best practices and compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field)
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions (on-site)
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property (and ensure others have license as needed)
- Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite preferred)
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating with vendors/owners
- Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration skills
