Job Summary
Manage and direct the overall operation of Arrowpoint Apartments, including overseeing on-site staff, leading leasing and marketing activities, and preparing property budgets. Ensure physical property maintenance meets market-ready standards while coordinating capital projects and enforcing lease obligations. Proactively respond to resident needs to drive retention and achieve maximum net operating income through effective cost control and vendor management. Monitor market trends, enforce fair housing laws, and mentor office staff to maximize rental income. Requires valid driver's license, HCCP certification preferred, and ability to work weekends, holidays, and travel for training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
- valid Drivers license
- strong financial management skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays when the business requires
- Must be able to travel for training and occasional business meetings
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required
