Job Summary
Manage and oversee an apartment community on-site, partnering with leaders to drive day-to-day operations, supervise maintenance and office teams, and ensure a positive resident experience. Lead training on customer service and apartment sales, participate in hiring and evaluating staff, manage occupancy rules and lease processes, coordinate schedules and budgets, prepare weekly operational and financial reports, and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion while addressing resident concerns and incidents on-site. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property-management tools (e.g., Yardi Voyager); prior multi-family property management, leasing, and supervisory experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Weekend hours may be assigned, reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
