Job Summary
Manage and coordinate team members' daily activities and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals. Ensure property operations comply with company policies, laws, and regulations governing multi-family housing. Conduct property tours, meet clients, resolve complaints, and enforce lease agreements including inspections and collections. Oversee contractor and vendor management while reporting mechanical malfunctions and safety incidents. Complete financial records, perform budget modeling, and analyze market trends to recommend improvements. Interview, hire, train, and evaluate new hires while implementing leasing strategies to meet revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 - 3 Years Supervisor Experience
- 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management Experience
- Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat
Desired Qualifications
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels
