Job Summary
The Flats V Apartments on-site leadership role focuses on delivering a resident-centered experience through leadership of leasing, income eligibility, compliance with LIHTC/HUD regulations, and daily operations. Responsibilities include overseeing leasing processes, rent collection, occupancy, and program eligibility; maintaining resident files and preparing for audits and inspections; supervising on-site staff and vendors to ensure curb appeal and timely occupancy; coordinating maintenance, responding to resident concerns with a trauma-informed approach; collaborating with Resident Services to support housing stability and resident well-being; managing financial performance to achieve net income goals; and representing the organization professionally in interactions with external partners and government agencies. Strong emphasis on customer service, excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a non-profit housing context; travel up to 25% annually.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- background in customer service
- property management experience preferred but training available
- affordable housing experience a plus
- drug screening and criminal background check
