Job Summary
Recruit, mentor, and coach on-site management and maintenance team members to ensure policies are performed and daily tasks are documented. Address customer service concerns promptly while resolving financial variances through strategic pricing and cost-saving measures. Conduct regular property inspections, maintain accurate lease files, and oversee preventative maintenance procedures to ensure physical upkeep. Collaborate with corporate support and the portfolio director to maximize income opportunities and improve operational efficiencies. Work nights and weekends as needed to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience being part of a team and successfully meeting goals
- Record of success in property operations and leasing
- Willingness to work the hours needed to meet stated goals, including some nights and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
