Job Summary
Manage and coordinate team members' daily activities and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals for a multi-family property. Ensure property operations comply with company policies, laws, and regulations while conducting property tours, resolving customer complaints, and enforcing lease agreements including inspections and collections. Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations; drive revenue growth through marketing strategies and sales initiatives. Analyze market trends, manage vendor relationships, and oversee maintenance requests and safety protocols. Complete financial reporting, invoicing, and budget forecasting. Work 40 hours weekly with typical site hours Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 - 3 Years Supervisor Experience
- 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management Experience
- Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
Desired Qualifications
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community
- Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels
