Job Summary
Prepare and maintain revenue, expenses, and occupancy in accordance with budget and projections. Manage community inspections per CRC requirements, oversee capital projects, and ensure make-readies are complete. Successfully manage renewals for resident retention and rent growth goals while handling delinquency and housing violations. Report on traffic, market trends, and financial performance to the Regional Manager and Asset Management. Assist with coaching team members and manage marketing efforts to generate traffic and build market relationships. Occasional rotating Saturdays required. Competitive base salary plus commission, bonus, and management rent discount.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach team members
- Ability to work occasional rotating Saturdays (2-person office)
- Ability to effectively write reports and business correspondence
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, regulations concerning the multifamily industry, fair housing requirements, and employee safety
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle resident issues
- Organization skills
