Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for the Springs at McKnight Lake community, developing operating budgets, driving revenue through strategic sales and marketing, and ensuring performance goals are met. Deliver exceptional resident experiences by inspecting and preparing tour-ready units daily while maintaining a clean, inviting model path. Compile monthly performance KPI and financial reports, providing comprehensive analysis of historical data and outlining strategic plans to enhance future outcomes. Hire top talent, invest in their growth, and foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and results. Thrive in a flexible schedule environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays, balancing desk work with community tours.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential community management experience
- proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
