Job Summary
Lead with heart by mentoring your team and fostering a culture where everyone feels valued. Shape "home" through expertise in inspections, reporting, and affordable housing compliance, ensuring families remain securely housed. Open doors to build trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners to connect residents with vital resources. Balance with care by overseeing leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management. Be present for people by guiding residents through move-ins, move-outs, and daily needs with empathy. Work Monday through Friday, 40 hours, with possible Saturday coverage based on occupancy and leasing activity.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of property management experience
- expertise in inspections and reporting in affordable housing compliance
- TCS or COS certification
- at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files
- Work schedules may include Saturdays
- weekend coverage on a rotating basis
- support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours
