Community Manager

Community Manager for Sterling Park East in Las Vegas, NV. Full-time role overseeing operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community, including supervision of on-site staff, leasing processes, marketing of available units, budgeting and financial reporting, expense monitoring, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applications, executing leases, inspections, coordinating renovations, maintaining compliance with housing regulations, managing resident programs, handling resident concerns, and partnering with corporate leadership to achieve community goals. Requires 2-3 years of property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Yardi/MRI, and ability to manage budgets, rent collections, and regulatory compliance; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
