Job Summary
Community Manager responsible for the Shadowbrook Apartments in Las Vegas, NV. Oversees daily operations, leasing processes, marketing of available units, budgeting and financial reporting, inspections, renovations, and compliance with housing regulations. Leads on-site staff, mentors team, manages resident programs and services, handles resident concerns, and collaborates with corporate leadership to achieve community goals. Requires 2-3 years of property management experience, proficiency with Yardi/MRI, strong communication, budgeting, and customer service skills. Full-time position with full benefits; compensation $32–$35/hour with annual equivalent estimates of $66,560–$72,800; on-site role with physical duties and driving responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of property management experience in luxury/conventional apartment communities
- experience overseeing daily operations of a multi-family community
- strong leadership and staff supervision skills
- financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections experience for apartment communities
- proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi and/or MRI)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage resident relations and provide high-level customer service
- valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
