Job Summary
Oversee the community in an efficient and profitable manner, focusing on resident satisfaction and well-being while coordinating with associates and owners. Responsibilities include managing resident relations, implementing services and retention programs, financial oversight (budgets, rent rolls, occupancy goals), leasing and revenue growth, on-site staff leadership, compliance with Fair Housing and ADA, LIHTC knowledge, vendor partnerships, and effective communication with residents, leadership, and external partners. Must demonstrate professional engagement, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving to foster a positive community experience across the resident life-cycle and operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry
- 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager
- Demonstrated ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns, avoiding escalation
- Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Capacity to interact effectively with senior executives
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email
- Professional presentation and appearance
- Ability to work well under time and other constraints
