COMMUNITY MANAGER

Collect and deposit all rents and fees daily, follow up on delinquent accounts, and issue eviction notices as necessary. Enforce rental agreements and facility rules, supervise home placements, and ensure compliance with governmental codes and construction specifications. Prepare monthly reports, maintain tenant files, screen applicants, and promote vacant spaces while managing vendor lists and facility inventory. Oversee common areas, grounds, and landscaping; maintain equipment, test pool chemicals, and repair structures. Contact local dealers to fill vacancies and perform other tasks directed by management.
