Job Summary
Responsible for the overall operational and financial success of a residential property, the Community Manager will manage and develop staff, ensuring high employee satisfaction and adherence to service standards. Key responsibilities include administering leasing procedures to meet budget goals, controlling expenses, maintaining property appearance through inspections and preventative maintenance, training and motivating employees, and ensuring resident satisfaction during emergencies and in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in property management
Additional Requirements
- Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier
- Driver must have reliable means of transportation
- Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business
