Job Summary

As Vice President - Community Manager in Consumer Bank, you will work in the field, develop a community outreach and engagement program, and collaborate with various teams within Chase to ensure your local community benefits from the full suite of resources we have to offer. You will be responsible for growing One Chase business opportunities within underserved communities and diverse segments, creating integrated and actionable financial health roadmaps, and building relationships to ensure financial education and product solutions are accessible to all within your assigned community. Responsibilities include developing community outreach and engagement programs with external focus (70%) and internal collaboration (30%), leveraging the national community playbook, coordinating events and workshops in branches, executing end-to-end event delivery, reporting results to inform national teams, partnering with Branch Managers and other stakeholders on customer engagement and product adoption, and acting as a culture carrier promoting inclusion. Preferred qualifications include bilingual capability; regulatory considerations include NMLS/SAFE Act requirements and background checks.

  • Heavily organized and with strong event coordination and project management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, peers, partners and contacts
  • Executive presence with strong presentation skills in small and large / public group settings
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, strong time management and prioritization skills and a passionate, authentic, and bold team player
  • Strong analytical, strategic and independent problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to discover needs and connects clients and business owners to the right resources
