Job Summary
Community Manager role focused on protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the residential community while maximizing residents’ living experience. Responsibilities include directing daily operations across loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing and facility upkeep; managing cash flow and leasing strategy; analyzing monthly financial statements and variances; maintaining accurate community files and lease data; coordinating revenue collection and invoicing for services; leading on-site maintenance technicians, office staff, and leasing team; managing resident relations and lease issues; participating in Cardinal U training.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) years’ experience in property management
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Working knowledge of property management software; Yardi is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and the Google platform
- Ability to analyze a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts
- Present ideas in a clear, concise, organized manner; negotiate, persuade, and modify opinion to reach goals
- Ability to work independently as a project leader and team member
- Ability to relate well with others even while working at a distance or remotely
- Neat, professional appearance
- Strong client relations skills and previous supervisory experience is required
