Job Summary
Drive community initiatives by overseeing daily operations, assets, and vendors while ensuring compliance with governing documents. Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication, and maintain financial accountability by managing budgets and preparing variance reports. Develop and execute risk management programs, lead onsite teams through mentorship and delegation, and advise the board on long-term planning and policy. Facilitate resident meetings to build inclusion and belonging. Requires three years of onsite community management experience, a bachelor's degree, and CAM licensure in Florida, Nevada, or Georgia. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including 401k matching and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of onsite community management HOA or similar experience
- hospitality parks and recreation city government with a strong operational and financial background
- Bachelors degree
- CAM license required upon hire in Florida Nevada and Georgia
- CAM license required upon hire in all other states
- valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving
- current automobile insurance at statutory limits
- clean motor vehicle report
- Must pass a pre employment drug screen
