Job Summary
Drive community initiatives by overseeing daily operations, assets, and vendors while ensuring compliance with governing documents and financial accountability. Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication, and lead the onsite team with a focus on delegation, collaboration, and performance development. Advise the board on long-term planning and policy making, develop risk management programs, and facilitate resident meetings to ensure active participation and inclusion. Maintain budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives to ensure financial transparency.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of onsite community management HOA or similar experience
- hospitality parks and recreation city government with a strong operational and financial background
- Bachelors degree
- CAM license required upon hire in Florida Nevada and Georgia
- CAM license required upon hire in all other states
- valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving
- current automobile insurance at statutory limits
- clean motor vehicle report
- Must pass a pre employment drug screen
