Job Summary
Lead, manage, and develop the on-site team for a well-established apartment community in Louisville, KY. Oversee daily operations, maintain occupancy and resident retention goals, manage budgets and collections, ensure property appearance and curb appeal, deliver exceptional resident experiences, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations. Requires 2+ years of multifamily property management experience and proven leadership capabilities; strong leasing, resident relations, and budgets experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office with Entrata experience a plus. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations
- Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus
