Job Summary
Community Manager at Greystar responsible for day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community, leading the onsite team, managing budgets and financial reporting, setting rent and ensuring timely collection, approving vendor invoices, overseeing lease enforcement and resident services, conducting property inspections, and driving marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Requires leadership and collaboration, strong communication and customer service skills, and compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other regulations. Proficiency with property-management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite) and the ability to coordinate maintenance, inspections, budgeting, and reporting. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
- licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- valid driver’s license to drive on property
