Job Summary
Community Manager for a mobile home park: oversees resident screening, lease administration, rent collection, and park operations; maintains resident records, prepares financial and compliance reports, coordinates maintenance and vendor work, and ensures adherence to state laws and Fair Housing guidelines. Requires high school diploma (associate degree preferred), proficiency with MS Excel/Word/Outlook, strong communication skills, ability to supervise onsite staff, and valid driver’s license. Compensation starts at $19/hour with housing, based in Atwater, CA.
