Job Summary
Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, budget maintenance, and asset protection. Recruit, train, and develop team members while conducting regular meetings to reinforce expectations. Oversee marketing, leasing, and home sales to ensure high occupancy, and coordinate new home deliveries and warranty follow-ups. Resolve resident complaints and coordinate with vendors and municipalities. Travel for company meetings and trainings as requested. Maintain positive relationships with external partners and uphold property standards through resident coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, including management of team member performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products
- Proven ability to adapt to new or unforeseen situations
- Must obtain or transfer state-specific licensing within 90 days of employment (in applicable states)
- A valid in-state driver's license
