Job Summary
Lead and direct all community operations to ensure quality services and high resident satisfaction. Motivate community staff through recognition programs and training while managing recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance appraisals. Maximize property performance by inspecting units, touring guests, and overseeing capital projects and contract bids. Hold responsibility for 35% of leasing activities, develop annual marketing plans, and administer the community budget. Conduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance teams to align on strategic drivers. Maintain accurate associate files and address employee relations concerns. Requires BA/BS degree, 3+ years in property management, and strong marketing and financial analysis skills. Full benefits package, cell phone allowance, and career growth opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business, sales, or related field
- Successful supervisory experience
- 3+ years' experience in a property management role
- The ability to build, lead, and serve on teams
- Strong marketing skills
- Advanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze and explain financial reports
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task

- Physical requirements of the job: Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs
- Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
- Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
- Regular attendance and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a property management role preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other similar programs preferred
