Job Summary
Lead all community operations to ensure quality services and high resident satisfaction by motivating staff through recognition, training, and team building. Manage recruiting, hiring, and performance appraisals for associates while conducting regular property inspections, leasing activities, and capital project oversight. Develop annual marketing plans, administer the community budget, and coordinate with construction services to maximize property performance. Tour visitors and guests to showcase amenities, ensuring complete accuracy in associate files and satisfaction surveys. This role requires a BA/BS degree, supervisory experience, and strong marketing skills, with a salary of $90,000–$100,000. You will work across 13 states managing 35% of leasing activities, requiring physical stamina for walking hills and climbing stairs.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business, sales, or related field
- Successful supervisory experience
- 3+ years' experience in a property management role
- The ability to build, lead, and serve on teams
- Strong marketing skills
- Advanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze and explain financial reports
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task

- Physical requirements of the job: Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs
- Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
- Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects

Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a property management role preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other similar programs preferred
