Job Summary
Lead daily operations, coach your team, and manage budgets, rent collections, and resident communications. Oversee leasing processes, ensure compliance, coordinate maintenance, and handle resident concerns with empathy. Report to the Asset Director while promoting safety and community engagement. This role requires on-site work as scheduled. Property assignments, work location, schedule, and hours are not permanent and may be modified based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A high school diploma
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- This role requires on-site work as scheduled

- Bachelor's degree preferred
