Job Summary

Manage and grow Darkest Dungeon Chinese social channels (QQ, RedNote, Bilibili) by staying current with trends, proposing initiatives, and adapting content calendars to the brand. Facilitate daily player communication online by answering questions, offering support, and nurturing connections while regularly reporting sentiment and live issues to the internal team. Write blogs, social posts, newsletters, and announcements; foster relationships with streamers and content creators; organize playtests and surveys for broader insights; and assist with in-person events in Asia. Fluent in Mandarin and English with 3-5+ years of experience required.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in community management
  • Strong familiarity with Chinese social media platforms
  • Experience developing community strategy and creating content for a Chinese audience
  • Strong speaking and writing communication skills to liaise between the community and Red Hook team
  • Ability to speak, read and write fluent Mandarin and English
  • Strong understanding of Chinese gaming trends
  • Strong self motivation, organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledge & understanding of creating content for, and managing social calendars across multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to adapt to key trends
  • A passion for creating and maintaining positive online spaces
  • The mental fortitude required to navigate today's digital communities
