Job Summary
Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team supervision while hiring, training, and mentoring onsite staff. Lead rent collection, manage budgets, and analyze market trends to maximize occupancy and revenue. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations while fostering resident satisfaction through proactive service and personal connection. Collaborate with regional managers and corporate teams to drive performance and represent the company with professionalism. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of property management experience, and knowledge of landlord-tenant regulations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership
- Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
- Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality
- Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI)
