Job Summary
Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team supervision while hiring, training, and coaching onsite staff. Lead rent collection, manage budgets, and report financial results with precision. Monitor market trends to recommend strategies maximizing occupancy and revenue, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations. Foster resident satisfaction through proactive service and collaborate with regional and corporate teams. Represent Arlington Properties professionally across the Southeast multifamily market. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership
- Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
- Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality
- Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI)
