Job Summary
Manage personnel, activities, and resources to achieve community objectives, ensuring smooth property operations and maximizing resident satisfaction. Oversee financial reporting, including budget preparation, variance monitoring, invoice approvals, and inventory management. Conduct audits of leases, budgets, and collections while coordinating lender and Section 8 inspections. Direct marketing and leasing functions, including online platform utilization, unit showings, resident screening, and complaint resolution. Maintain resident relations through inquiries, collections, move-in/out processes, and mail handling. Schedule and inspect maintenance work, manage the make-ready process, and recommend property improvements. Model expected work performance and manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training within ADP. Track monthly and yearly performance reviews and monitor key metrics such as NOI, occupancy rates, and work order completion times. Requires a state driver's license and availability for periodic significant time beyond regular hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in property management or related field
- Experience managing all financial aspects of property management
- Knowledge of business principles, management theories, and accounting/finance practices
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- State driver's license
- Reliable vehicle available during business hours
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Periodic significant time involvement beyond regular working hours to meet deadlines
