Community Manager - Aqua at Sandy Springs

This role manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property including supervising the property team, overseeing budgeting and financial reporting, leasing, marketing and customer service to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, conducting regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations, and coordinating maintenance, vendor/contractor activities, and resident issue resolution. Key skills include budget development and tracking, rent collection and financial reconciliation, staff hiring/training, strong communication and conflict resolution, attention to safety and property standards, and proficiency with property management software. The position requires leadership to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and to execute short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to optimize property performance.
