Job Summary
Manage financial aspects of operations for assigned communities, developing programs to maximize revenue, maintain expense control, and oversee pricing and occupancy strategies. Provide thorough monthly reforecast, operating reports, and executive summaries while reviewing and approving contracts within defined budget authority levels. Oversee sales, lease renewals, move-in and move-out processes, and maintain accurate knowledge of community inventory, pricing, and competitor analysis. Ensure brand standards across property presentation, marketing, and office appearance while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Lead associate management by recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and conducting performance evaluations to drive desired business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 3-5 years of multi-family or related property management experience or equivalent experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Commitment to, and passion for, providing outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred
