Job Summary
Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policy and all applicable regulatory requirements. Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plans while assisting in budget preparation and adherence. Train, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff through orientation, performance evaluations, and procedural guidance. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident relations. Complete month-end and year-end reporting, including narrative descriptions of budget variances. This role supports RPM Living's mission of extraordinary, people-first success in affordable housing.
Required Qualifications
- Three-plus years of related multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- A flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver, as applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in affordable housing experience is preferred
- Experience with the following programs a plus: PFC, AMI, Income Restricted, Senior 55+/62+
- Experience with Onesite software a plus
Additional Requirements
