Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations and supervise all staff to achieve financial and occupancy goals while maintaining the property in good physical condition. Conduct unit and exterior inspections, oversee capital improvements, and handle critical incidents and community emergencies. Direct hiring, training, and team development; ensure adherence to safety policies and affordable housing compliance requirements. Prepare annual budgets, manage cash flow, process forms, and maintain accurate asset inventory. Address resident and vendor concerns promptly using advanced customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- At least two years of related experience
- Property Management Software
- Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
- Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA)
- Land Use Restrictive Covenants (LURC)
- Certified Manager of Housing
- Certified Manager of Occupancy
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or Technical School
- Business and management principles involved in sales and customer service
