Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more properties in our regional portfolio, leading on-site staff, managing finances, and ensuring regulatory compliance across housing programs (Section 42, HUD, HOME, Section 811, PBRA, FHLB, and Bond Programs). Responsibilities include leasing and occupancy management, coordinating maintenance and vendor partnerships, addressing resident needs, enforcing policies, and supporting lease renewals and resident retention. Requires 3+ years of multifamily property management experience, Tax Credit Certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days), proficiency in Word/Excel, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, ARM certification, and PSH experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of experience in multifamily property management
- Tax Credit Certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
