Job Summary
Lead property staff and oversee day-to-day operations for one or more affordable-housing properties, including financial oversight (rent collection, deposits, budgets, invoices, evictions as needed), leasing and regulatory compliance (Section 42, HUD, HOME, etc.), vendor coordination, and resident relations. Manage on-site teams, provide feedback and performance guidance, enforce policies, and drive resident engagement and retention. Required qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years in multifamily property management, Tax Credit Certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days), proficiency with Word/Excel, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Preferred credentials include a Bachelor’s degree, ARM certification, and PSH experience.
